Going from a side hustle to a main hustle does not make you free. It makes you responsible.

You are HR. You are the one who's writing the paycheck.

The one thing you need to consider is maybe you need to either change your business model or change your entire business in general.

The answer is the numbers.

You have to find a runway to give you some safety.

Before you leave, you don't have to solve all the problems. You just need enough runway.
