I purposely don't look for an accountability partner because I know I'm going to slack.

We always have these moments that wake us up, but what do we do with that? 

So many things are not under your control for you to achieve that. 

You can run your personal life on a schedule, but you can't run it like it's a business.

Some people end up making themselves more anxious when things are not in their control.

It’s about what you value, so some people value experience while some people value things.

I am not a things person; I like nice things, but it's not my goal.

The true currency on Earth is people. I'd rather go hang out with my homies or go on a trip with people than buy a whole bunch of things.

If you're the only one that can execute your vision, you have a problem.

It's not just hiring the right skill set; you need both the right person and the right skill set.

Once you’ve been able to identify the skill set, make sure that each person has an assigned goal.
