I feel stuck and like I don't know my purpose. How do I find my next move?
The answer isn't in a business plan; it is in your curiosity. We often lose our childlike wonder as we age due to stress and bills. You have to stir that up again. Start by following what pulls you, watch videos, attend local events, or just explore random interests. I built a media company not because I had a grand vision initially, but because we were curious about a statistic we heard. Follow your curiosity, and it will lead you to the plan.

I have a great idea, but I don't have the funding or rich family members. What should I do? You build the bridge as you cross it. I once needed £50,000 to start a venture and didn't have it. Instead of giving up, I went to Kickstarter and shared the vision, ending up raising £78,000. Do not wait for the perfect map or the check to clear. If you are waiting for guaranteed success, respectfully, the journey isn't for you. Use the tools available to you and start making things happen.

I’m terrified of failing. How do you keep going when doors keep closing? You have to gamify the process. Don't take failure personally; take it seriously, but not personally. When I faced rejection even being turned away by a VC after jumping a train to see him, I didn't view it as a statement of my worth. I analyzed what went wrong, fixed it, and tried again. It is about having the freedom to play, experiment, and realize that if you fail today, you will still be okay tomorrow.

If you could go back to the beginning of your journey, what is the one thing you would focus on more? I would invest deeply in relationships earlier. Early on, it was very transactional it was the "me show." But looking back, the most significant opportunities and the most money I have ever made came from people vouching for me. Social capital and relational wealth are often more valuable than actual money. Invest time in meaningful connections, not just transactions.
