Saying no isn't selfish, it's strategy.

When I'm saying yes to this, what am I saying no to?

You have to have the mindset of knowing that if I said yes to this, what am I saying no to?

I say yes because I can.

You can't just be too available to everyone.

Your yes is "why not?" So then you have to work on teaching yourself and explaining the "why not."

My purpose in this life is to serve others through education.

Anything that allows me to serve... it's an automatic yes for me as long as it does not contradict with my first commitment, which is my family.

Advisors don't execute. We advise.

You have to learn to prioritize.

You got to learn to preserve your peace.

You can't burn yourself out because you're saying yes to everything.

Just because you're a good person doesn't mean that you're obligated to always fulfill everyone's wish and request.

You saying yes can burn out everybody else around you.

You can't expect them to burn themselves out for something that is your baby.

Boundaries create space for growth.

Even saying no builds respect with people.
